Community Contact Database

To receive a weekly newsletter from the NCID kindly follow the link - As relayed in the newsletter regarding the resident contact database.

The Northpine CID would like to get to know our residents to ensure your safety. We would require one person from each household to complete following the link
All your personal information is and will be kept in accordance with the Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (the "POPI ACT")
With this information our reporting and noting of incidents and any suspicious vehicles will be easily noted and in an event of emergency our control room would know exactly who to make contact with.
Weekly updates will be sent to all respective emails listed within the document, this to ensure that the entire Northpine Community get the same communication as not all are on Facebook.
We urge all residents unable to complete the database on the link provided / have no access to the internet to please come to the control room to complete the form. After completing the form at the control room a brown box that is secured with a lock where all forms can be placed.
Alternatively, a form can be sent to your respective emails upon request.
