Community Contact Database

To receive a weekly newsletter from the NCID kindly follow the link - As relayed in the newsletter regarding the resident contact database.

The Northpine CID would like to get to know our residents to ensure your safety. We would require one person from each household to complete following the link
All your personal information is and will be kept in accordance with the Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (the "POPI ACT")
With this information our reporting and noting of incidents and any suspicious vehicles will be easily noted and in an event of emergency our control room would know exactly who to make contact with.
Weekly updates will be sent to all respective emails listed within the document, this to ensure that the entire Northpine Community get the same communication as not all are on Facebook.
We urge all residents unable to complete the database on the link provided / have no access to the internet to please come to the control room to complete the form. After completing the form at the control room a brown box that is secured with a lock where all forms can be placed.
Alternatively, a form can be sent to your respective emails upon request.

Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

 

The Northpine City Improvement District (CID) NPC will be hosting an AGM. All stakeholders are invited to a review of the past financial year’s activities and planning for 2026/27.

 
Date: 09 December 2025       

Time: 19:00.

Venue: Northpine Technical High School    

 

Resolutions presented at the meeting can only be voted on by bona fide members of the Northpine CID. This membership is available free of charge to all owners of property within the Northpine CID footprint who are liable for the additional rate (additional rate payers), but they must be registered before 02 December 2025 (one week before the meeting).

Die Northpine City Improvement District (CID) NPC gaan ’n algemene jaarvergadering hou. Alle belanghebbendes word genooi na ’n oorsig van die afgelope boekjaar se aktiwiteite en die beplanning vir 2026/2027.

Net bona fide-lede van die Northpine (CID) kan oor die resolusies voorgelê by die ledevergadering stem. Hierdie lidmaatskap is gratis beskikbaar aan alle eienaars van eiendom in die Northpine (CID) se gebied wat vir die bykomende heffing aanspreeklik is (betalers van bykomende heffings), maar hulle moet voor 02 Desember 2025 (een week voor die vergadering) geregistreer wees.
